Jamaica Guru Cancellation Policy
General Policy
At Jamaica Guru, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to provide flexibility while also protecting the integrity of our services and the arrangements made on your behalf. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand how cancellations are handled.
Cancellation Deadlines
1. 30 Days Prior to Arrival:
– Full Refund: If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of $50 per booking to cover administrative costs.
2. 15-29 Days Prior to Arrival:
– 50% Refund: If you cancel your booking between 15 and 29 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total package cost.
– Airbnb Policy: Please note that the Airbnb cancellation policy will apply to the accommodation portion of your booking, and any non-refundable charges from Airbnb will be deducted from your refund.
3. 7-14 Days Prior to Arrival:
– 25% Refund: If you cancel your booking between 7 and 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 25% refund of the total package cost.
– Airbnb Policy: Any non-refundable charges from Airbnb will be deducted from your refund.
4. Less than 7 Days Prior to Arrival:
– No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before your scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
– Airbnb Policy: Any non-refundable charges from Airbnb will apply.
Modification Policy
– Changes to Booking Dates: We allow one free change to your booking dates if requested more than 15 days before your scheduled arrival date. Additional changes or changes requested within 15 days of arrival will incur a $50 fee per change, subject to availability.
Special Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen events can occur. In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies or natural disasters), we will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Proof of the circumstance may be required.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notification, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
