Jamaica Guru is a travel company dedicated to providing visitors with an authentic Jamaican experience. We offer curated exploration packages that include accommodations, transportation, activities, and excursions, allowing travelers to explore the vibrant culture, stunning landscapes, and unique attractions of Jamaica. Our goal is to help visitors go beyond the typical tourist spots and all-inclusive resorts to discover the true essence of Jamaica, safely and comfortably.

What packages do you offer?

We offer three main packages: a 3-day Mini Jamaican Adventure, a 5-day Island Explorer, and a 7-day Ultimate Jamaican Experience. Each package includes accommodation, transportation, and a variety of activities and excursions for you to choose from, you can also choose to add-on additional activities.

How do I book a package?

You can book a package directly through our website. Simply select your desired package, choose your preferred activities and excursions, and complete the booking process online, you can also reach out to customer service via our chat icon if you have any questions.

What is included in the package price?

The package price includes accommodation in an Airbnb, transportation to and from the airport, transportation for activities and excursions, and a selection of activities and excursions that you can choose from.

Are flights included in the package price?

No, flights are not included. You will need to arrange your own flights to and from Jamaica.

Where will I be staying?

You will be staying at very cozy and comfortable airbnb 15 minutes outside of ocho rios rate 4.9 stars on airbnb.

All accommodations are in vetted and highly-rated Airbnb properties, ensuring you have a comfortable and authentic stay.

Is transportation included?

Yes, transportation is included for airport transfers and for all activities and excursions listed in your package, if you require additional transportation you can request it at a price, best price guranteed.

Can I request specific accommodation?

While we cannot guarantee specific properties, we can consider your preferences and do our best to accommodate your requests.

How will I be transported around the island?

We provide private, comfortable transportation for all your activities and excursions, ensuring your safety and convenience, if you need more information on our transportation services you can check it out here

What activities and excursions are included in the packages?

Activities and excursions vary by package, you can choose from a variety of options, for specific details on activities and excursions offered you can select the package you are interested in here

Can I customize my activities?

Yes, you can choose from a selection of activities during the booking process. Additional activities can be added to your package for an extra fee.

Are the activities safe?

Yes, all activities and excursions are conducted by licensed and experienced operators to ensure your safety.

Can I change my activities after booking?

Yes, you can make changes to your activites and excursions but be aware that there maybe an additional cost for each change depending on the activity.

Booking and Payment

How do I pay for my package?

Payments can be made securely through our website using a credit or debit card. We accept all major cards.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your personal and payment information.

Do you offer payment plans?

At this time, we do not offer payment plans. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy offers a full refund if you cancel 30 days before your arrival, a 50% refund if you cancel between 15 and 29 days before, and a 25% refund if you cancel between 7 and 14 days before. Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable. Please see our full cancellation policy for more details.

Health and Safety

Do I need travel insurance?

While travel insurance is not required, we highly recommend it for your peace of mind.

What should I do in case of an emergency?

In case of an emergency, contact our 24/7 customer support team immediately or call local emergency services at 911. We provide all guests with emergency contact information upon arrival.

Do you offer payment plans?

At this time, we do not offer payment plans. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

How far in advance should I book?

We do accept last minute bookings however we do recommend booking at least 30 days in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak travel seasons.

Can I bring children?

Yes, our packages are family-friendly. However, some activities may have age restrictions. Please check the specific requirements for each activity with customer service.

Are there any group discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for groups of six or more. Please contact our customer service team for more details.

Can I travel solo?

Absolutely! Our packages are designed to cater to solo travelers, couples, and groups alike, please reach out to customer service to book a solo trip.
